Team fees: $850/per team for up to 13 skaters (12 plus a goalie). $40 per additional skater.

Individual sign-ups are accepted (teams will be made based on skill level of players) $85 per player

Multiple divisions: A; B; C/D. (division classification subject to change based on team sign-up/skill level)

A non-refundable deposit ($100 for team/$25 for individual) is required by May 15, 2011. Balance of tournament fees are due prior to first game.
